Who is Coolmate?
7 years ago, Coolmate was just a small website selling basic products for men. No stores, limited resources, and not yet recognized as a true "fashion" brand.
We started with a very simple belief: making good, easy-to-wear products at reasonable prices — and serving customers with kindness.
From a D2C Online model that was very new in Vietnam at that time, Coolmate step by step built its capabilities — from product development and operations to technology and customer experience. 7 years later, we are no longer a small brand only selling basics for men.
Coolmate today is a Performance Lifestyle Brand — expanding into more categories (activewear, women's, accessories...), present both online and offline, and gradually entering international markets.
THAT JOURNEY IS MARKED BY SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES:
Raised the largest funding round in the Vietnamese startup ecosystem in 2025, with participation from Vertex Ventures (Singapore Government) and Cool Japan Fund (Japan Government)
Became one of the fastest-growing sellers on Amazon US: reaching $1 million in 6 months and $3 million after 12 months
Built a multi-channel operational system (Online – Offline – Global) with an increasingly perfected product foundation
But perhaps what remains unchanged — and also the most important thing — is how we view ourselves.
Coolmate is still a team that believes in doing the basics right, getting a little better every day, still keeping very "difficult" commitments like a 60-day return policy even after use, and still putting the customer experience at the center of every decision. From a very small beginning, Coolmate is gradually becoming a larger brand. Not just in scale, but in the way we create value.
