Exchange processing time
Coolmate will deliver the new item and collect the old one within 5-7 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the request is confirmed by Customer Service.
Refund processing time
- The return and refund process will take 8-13 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
- The refund amount will be the product price after deducting shipping fees (if any).
