Unlike call centres that follow a fixed script, or pages that send the same auto-reply to everyone, nothing at Coolmate is pre-written. Every customer has different needs, so our team is trained to handle each case individually.

Need a different size or colour? You can exchange your item within 60 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging intact. If your new size is out of stock, we’ll suggest alternatives or give you a full refund.

• Each order allows up to 3 return or exchange requests in total.
• Not applicable to Clearance Sale (Final Sale), Outlet and custom/print-on-demand items.
• Orders placed on e-commerce platforms follow each platform’s own return and exchange policy.

Not satisfied? You can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order, under the same conditions as exchanges. Our courier will pick up the item from your address free of charge. Once we’ve inspected it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method (or by bank transfer if that isn’t possible).
